2,500 ROLLERZ GOURMET ROLLED SANDWICHES AT RECENT MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS BIKE
TOUR EVENT IN NEW YORK CITY
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Kahala Corp., a Florida corporation (OTC BB: KAHA.OB)
(the "Company") - today announced that at the 18th Annual Multiple Sclerosis Bike Tour
held October 20, 2002 in New York City, its corporate staff, New York city store
employees, and certain franchisees served over 15,000 Ranch * 1 Grilled Chicken
Sandwiches and over 2,500 Rollerz Gourmet Rolled Sandwiches throughout the day
both at the finish line and along the biking route of the event.
Over the past four years, the Company, primarily through its Ranch * 1 subsidiary,
has donated and served over 40,000 Ranch * 1 Grilled Chicken sandwiches at various
Multiple Sclerosis events throughout the New York metropolitan area, including
being a major sponsor at the annual Intrepid Aircraft Carrier fundraiser each
of the past three years.
