WHAT: The Ultimate Summertime Party, Reggae on the River, a casual, hip evening with a Jamaican flair, features two live bands, Head over Heals and Earthman Experience, open bar, great food from area restaurants and merchants, and dancing on the flight deck of the USS Intrepid. WHERE: The USS Intrepid Sea/Air/Space Museum docked on the Hudson River at 46th Street WHO: More than 2,500 of New York's young professionals are expected to attend thee party of the summer, hosted by The Manhattan Society, a volunteer fund-raising group of the New York City Chapter of the National MS Society. Lara Spencer of WABC-TV is honorary chair for the evening and will attend to kickoff the party for the second year in a row.

WHY: To help raise funds for programs and services for people with MS and their families and to support research efforts into the cause, treatments and cure for this chronic neurological disease.
