- General Manager
- Administers and manages day-to-day operations for a single Ranch 1 unit. The
general manager maintains harmonious employee relations, exceeds customer
expectations and increases sales and profitability. Responsibilities include
local store marketing, employee selection and management and creating and
maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements: Minimum one year retail or restaurant supervision. Experience
working with P&L statements, budgets and cost controls. Basic PC knowledge.
Successfully complete Ranch 1's Manager Training Program
- Shift Supervisor
- Assists the management staff in daily opening and / or closing
duties while maintaining service, product quality, cleanliness and organization.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months retail or restaurant supervision experience. Basic
PC knowledge.
